Accessing Files and Folders
After logging in, users see the files and folders they have access to, as shown in the following screen.
Tap on a folder to see the files and subfolders it contains. Clicking on the 3 vertical dots icon for a folder will display the editing and collaboration options for that folder.
The editing and collaboration options are "Copy", "Cut", "Rename", "Delete", "Share", "Share Manager" and "More Info".
To refresh a screen, swipe down or click the Refresh button in the top menu, and the screen will automatically refresh.
The Sort menu allows you to change the order in which your files are displayed.
Z-A displays your files in the reverse order of the alphabet.
A-Z displays your files in alphabetical order.
Last Modified displays your files in the order in which they were last edited.
Oldest displays your files that were added first at the top of the file browser.
Largest displays your files in the order that the largest files appear first.
Smallest displays your files in the order that the smallest files appear first.
Extension A-Z displays your files in the alphabetical order of their extension.
Extension Z-A displays your files in the reverse order of the alphabet by their extension.
Tapping the plus (+) icon will give you several options for the folder you are in: Upload, capture photo, add folder and file.
Creating New Folders
To create new folders, click the plus (+) icon at the bottom right of the screen. Then select the Add Folder icon.
After you enter the name of the folder and click the Create button, a new folder will be created.
Uploading Files and Photos
By selecting the "Upload" and "Upload Images" icons, users can add existing files and photos from the phone storage.
Once you have clicked on the Upload icon, you will be taken to a screen where you can decide from where you want to upload a file.
Taking Photos from Camera
When you select the Camera icon, you can take a new photo and upload it.
New Empty Files
The last New File icon allows you to create a blank new Office file. You can choose between an Excel, Word, PowerPoint file or a Text file.
To log out, click the hamburger menu at the top left of the application and then click the Logout icon at the bottom of the menu.
On the next screen, you will see a confirmation dialog to log out. Click on the "Yes" to complete the logout process.
